During the excavation conducted by Macquarie University in the Teti Cemetery North, two large decorated limestone blocks were found that - based on the style of their decoration - belonged to a monument of the Late Period. The names Penamun and Pedemihos can be discerned in the inscriptions. The presence of funerary structures from this period in this area of the necropolis and their association with the Serapeum Way is discussed.
