An interloper revealed: DNA analysis and the identification of an Egyptian mummy

The article reports on the Nicholson Museum Egyptian Mummy Project at the University of Sydney and the interdisciplinary program that examined three ancient Egyptian mummies in the museum's collection. The special focus is on the mummy NM R27/3 and presents the results of CT scans, x-rays and the genetic analysis.
