Beer jars of Mut el-Kharab, Dakhleh Oasis: evidence of votive activity in the Third Intermediate Period

The excavations at Mut el-Kharab in Trench 17 revealed a large deposit of so-called beer jars. A thorough morphological analysis of the beer jars is presented and four types are identified and a date of the offering deposits in the Third Intermediate Period is put forward.
