Summary description of the OK tomb of Hesi in the Teti Cemetery at Saqqara and on the owner's career under the kings Isesi, Unas and Teti, as appears from his autobiography. Like some other dignitaries buried in the Teti Cemetery, Hesi's name and figures in the tomb have carefully been chiselled out, apparently as a punishment that resulted in the assignment of the tomb to a new owner, Seshemnefer. The finest scenes of the decoration are described in some detail. (OEB)
